The machine is also equipped with the Auto Steam, an innovative temperature-sensing steam arm system which simultaneously delivers steam and air, allowing the hands-free frothing of milk. The delivery of steam and air stops automatically when the pre-programmed temperature is achieved, resulting in consistently dense and velvety milk froth at a perfectly consistent temperature.
