The REGINA ia a manual machine for extruding pasta that is sold complete with 5 interchangeable dies for producing Rigatoni, Maccheroni, Maccheroncini, Bucatini and Fusilli. The machine is made entirely of food grade plastic. The handle and locking clamp are made of chrome-plated steel and shockproof plastic. The dies are made of food grade platic and chrome-plated steel. Also available separately are the 1lb dough mixing kit GV203) and the meat grinding kit (GV204). |
